Deyne is het Nederlandstalige soloproject van Michiel Dondeyne. Een nieuwe stem met een oude vraag. Een spoorverandering deed hem zwerven richting indie pop, folk en rock.

Tijdens zijn residentie veranderde de concertzaal van Het Bos in een opnamestudio. Hier brengt Deyne die nieuwe songs voor het eerst live.

Beton is an audio-video performance that forms part of the larger cycle Silent Spring. The work explores the phenomenological relationship between sound and space, observing how they shape one another and how our perception of them influences daily life and behaviour.
Inspired by Merleau-Ponty’s phenomenology, Beton plays with shifting and stretching the audience’s perception and memory. Het Bos itself becomes a co-creator: its walls, the people within and around it, and its surroundings. In this immersive experience, we become the building, and Het Bos becomes part of us.
