Multidisciplinaire performance artieste pendelend tussen Antwerpen, Parijs en Wenen. Had recent residenties in Morpho Antwerpen en Q02 in Brussel. Hannah brengt perfomance, sculpturen en geluiden samen in een unieke belevenis. In Het Bos presenteert ze 'I wonder why the flute has holes'.

Hannah Todt gathers five performers around a flute-like installation, whose tones can be explored and woven into a flowing sonic tapestry. Gradually, these tones merge into a collective composition, embodying the interplay of multiple lungs in sync and revealing the deep bond between breath, sound, and gesture. The work traces the abstraction of sound within space, as well as the fluid transitions between instrument and orchestra, note and melody, individual and collective. The installation itself functions as a modular composition, revealing its structure of airflow and tonal modules—where notes are inhaled, exhaled, held, stopped, or prolonged—and prompting a reconsideration of how we communicate, or even choose to withhold, in collective interaction.

Aanhoudende Jeugdbrand voor Gevorderden

Aanhoudende Jeugdbrand is een overdragelijke aandoening die begon met percussionist Jeroen Stevens (Het Kralenspel) en crooner Dennis Tyfus (Tyfustijd) en nu voor het eerst wordt doorgegeven aan Daniël de Wereldvermaarde Botanicus (Oïkos, De gebraden zwaan zingt) die er het zijne mee zal doen. Aandoenlijk!

MLŽI

MLŽI – "Misty-People" is a project by vocalist and pianist Milica Hadžić (RS/BE) and drummer Peter Balhar (CZ/DK). The duo focuses on generating rawness and discomfort through pushing the limits of acoustic performance.

Milica and Peter met in Prague in 2022 and embarked on various collaborations and artistic phases, starting with conservative jazz and evolving into radical free improvisation. They value both radical mildness and aggressive assertiveness, incorporating elements of jazz, noise, post-punk, hyper-pop, and Serbian folk into their music. mlimusic.bandcamp.com

Aka Josh Plotkin, die een grote rol speelt in de 'noise-techno'-stroming, heeft vanuit verschillende plekken over de hele wereld gewerkt als een belangrijke deelnemer en aanvoerder van elektronische hybridisering. Zijn nieuwste project, Lolito, ontdoet zich van de machinaties van subversie en gaat dieper in op de democratische potentie van 'clubmuziek' met subwoofering en zijn favoriete rookmachine.

Mendelelf zijn Leo & Donald die we kennen van het Mendelelfprogramma en van de artistieke uitstapjes van beide heren. Hun dj-sets zijn avontuurlijk en niet in een tabel te vangen.

Tropico & Chunk hebben Worldwide Speciaal als het thema van hun programma Hoge Emissie Zone, in Uitzone halen ze thema's uit vinyl. Vollen bak kruiden op de saté, gepeperd de global grooves wereld rond.

De eerste verdieping(pong) wordt ingekapseld door een tentoonstelling (die loopt van 31/10 tot 09/11), de studio(d)rama verhuist naar de Bosbar, de concertzaal wordt misbruikt door performances, concerten en andere levende verlekkeringsgekte en de theaterzaal biedt installaties en nog andere onbeminde bestemmingen (evenals de andere 41 locaties binnen Dat Bos).
